Millions of Filipinos are members of PhilHealth. However, despite this, the website has never been updated. The challenge was to make the website easier to use: users should be able to navigate more easily across the site, the call-to-actions should be clearer and more prominent, and lastly, to modernize the wesbite design as well as the logo.
